It is just two minutes by car to the centre of Terrigal and less than ten minutes to 8 different surf beaches, the Hoyts cinema, Ice-skating rink and Erina Fair shopping centre with 3 supermarkets, Myers, and Big W. Gosford rail station is less than 15 minutes drive. There are lots of walks, galleries and 40 cafes and restaurants in the Terrigal/Avoca area.
